As Chief Operating Officer at Aero Norway in Stavanger, Neil Russell is responsible for Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, IT and Continuous Improvement at the specialist CFM56 MRO facility.

Prior to Aero Norway, Russell was Global Sourcing Manager & Category Manager, Controls & Automation at TechnipFMC. He has 14 years combined experience of managing Operations/Production, Engineering & Supply Chain/ Sourcing in the aviation and oil & gas industries. He is an advocate of continuous improvement management techniques using the following principles: A.C.E. (Achieving Competitive Excellence)/ LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen and IQ (Impact Quality), and holds a Masters’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
