Profile

Luis Pflüger Samper, graduated in Business Administration (specialising in Corporate and Business Finance) from ICADE. He has been the Head of Finance in Iberia Maintenance for the last 3 years and he is currently the Director of ERP, Processes and Digitalisation. The main objective of this role is to extract the full value from the business and to unlock all the opportunities that new technologies and ways of working can bring. Prior to joining Iberia Maintenance, he worked at Iberia. For 3 years he led the airline's finance transformation programme. Prior to this, he worked as a consultant for Accenture for more than 14 years, leading a variety of projects in the travel and service industries, with a particular focus on the re-engineering of financial processes.
