María Guilarte Polanco, graduated in Industrial Engineering by ICAI-ICADE and with a master's degree in Aeronautical Propulsion Systems, has 15 years of experience in Iberia. She started at Iberia Mantenimiento in 2008 and, over the years, has held different positions in the company, including various management roles in Production Division, Customer Division and Airport Services Division as senior manager of Passenger Services at Madrid Barajas. Previously, María worked for 5 years at AIRBUS France. Her career has provided her with extensive knowledge of the company and has allowed her to develop her leadership and management skills, highlighting her people-focused approach and team motivation. In May 2023 she moved to Technical Division as MRO Transformation Director
