Ciprian is an Aeronautical Engineer with an M. Eng. degree in aeronautical propulsion systems from the Polytechnic University in Bucharest. Additionally, he holds an MBA with the UNESCO Chair in Interculturality, Good Governance, and Sustainable Development from the University of Bucharest.
His career in the aeronautical industry started more than ten years ago at Turbomecanica, where he worked as a technological engineer responsible for the repair of military engines. Following that, he spent three years as a CAMO engineer with the Tarom carrier, gaining valuable experience in the maintenance of civil engines and APUs, particularly the CFM56 family. After this, he returned to Turbomecanica, taking on the role of Technological Design Coordinator, overseeing repairs in the maintenance shop for both military and civil engines.
Currently, he is leading the civil maintenance development project at Turbomecanica
