Michiel Schulte is a customer evangelist within Air France KLM Group. He has studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam and was educated in Customer Experience at Nyenrode Business University (Netherlands). He spent his entire working life in airline industry, occupying a range of management functions in Information Management and Customer Experience, is experienced in innovation and transformation where people and digital interface. Since 2013 he has focused on CRM strategy and innovation in various passenger business units within the Air France KLM group before joining KLM Engineering & Maintenance in 2020.
