Currently a commercial director for aviation leasing markets and airlines within GE Aviation Digital, Leila leads cross-functional teams to provide digital services in the areas of flight operations, fuel efficiency, safety eFOQA/FDM, predictive maintenance, and digitized records management.

Prior to this role, she spent 15 years in various customer facing roles within different businesses in the aviation industry working with OEMs, MROs, Airlines, Business Jet Operators and Leasing companies.

Leila holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Signal Processing from ENSEEIHT and has a specialized masters in Innovation & Technology Management from Toulouse Business School.
