Profile

As the Head of Powerplant, Alejandro Lopez Ruesca is responsible for the Continued Airworthiness of easyJet’s fleet engines and APUs. With a mix of CFM56-5B and LEAP-1A engines, Alejandro and his team manage all the on-wing and off-wing maintenance necessary on their fleet of almost 700 engines and support the business with the acquisition, lease and redelivery process of these engines. Alejandro has a MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and has been with easyJet since 2012.
