Ismail has bachelor degree on Electronic and Communication Engineering and have been working in Turkish Airlines family since 2004. He has worked on mainly in engineering. Currently he's responsible for Continuing Airworthiness Engineering @ Turkish Airlines which have over 330 aircraft in fleet. His team is also responsible for all Engine Maintenance management and Contracts. Ismail is married with 2 boys.
