Profile

Joachim Kressel works at the Lufthansa Group Commercial Fleet Management department and is responsible for engine-related aspects of fleet procurement for all airlines of the Lufthansa Group.
This includes the engine selection for all new aircraft, the negotiation of support contracts with the respective engine manufacturers as well as the support of the Technical Fleet Management of Lufthansa Group to secure long-term MRO agreements.
Prior to joining the Fleet Management he was responsible for Commercials and Central Processes within the Technical Operations department of Lufthansa German Airlines.
Joachim Kressel holds a degree in Engineering and Management and has joined Lufthansa 25 years ago as a financial auditor.
